PLEASE NOTE
We are changing the way we issue our permits. As from the 1st of January 2011 your 2011 season permit will run for a period of 12 months expiring 31st December 2011 with a new permit becoming effective on the 1st of January of the following year.
As a result the cost of the season permits for 2010 only have been reduced to fall in line with this and reflect the fact that your permit will only be valid for 9 months.
ALL 2010 SEASON PERMITS WILL EXPIRE ON THE 31ST DECEMBER 2010
You will then be required to purchase a new season permit for 2011.
Don't forget to bring a passport size photo and a valid 1 year rod licence.
If you require a Salmon permit you will need a game rod licence.
SOON TO BE AVAILABLE
ON-LINE DAY TICKET SALES
We should soon be able to offer the facilty to purchase a day ticket on line. If all goes well this should be in place for the coming new season. It is aimed primarily at the travelling angler and will enable any angler who wishes to arrive for an early morning session before Total Angling open up at 8:30am to have the correct permit for their chosen fishery. A link for ON-LINE DAY TICKET SALES will appear soon on our main pages and by following a few simple steps anyone with a Pay Pal account or credit card will be able to purchase a permit in advance of travel. You must print out the appropriate form/permit and your payment reciept which must both be fixed together and presented to any bailiff on demand. Incorrectly filled out forms or lost payment reciepts will require the purchase of a bank day ticket at a current cost of £6. If you are unable to print out your permit/reciept you will be required to purchase a bank day ticket.

Bailff enforcement
Fishing without a permit is easily covered by the purchase of a day permit for £6.00 (after 1st April 2010), however fishing with neither permit or Environment Agency Rod Licence is a different matter.
Standard procedure for this event is as follows:
Receipted Seizure of all tackle evident, you leave the fishery immediate. You have 28 days to produce an Environment Agency Licence this must include an annual SAF Permit, also if the offence is found on Radbrook Pool then a day permit must be obtained. Upon presentation of these items within 28 days, your tackle will be returned. If you fail the property will be sold at auction.
You may decide not to hand over your tackle for seizure and not to leave the fishery. Simply a call to the police using a unique I.S. number will result in the afformentioned taking place, with the additional penalty of obstructing a Bailiff in his duty. This matter would be handled by the Police and a subsequent Criminal Offence being instigated and recorded against you.
NIGHT FISHING ON THE SYDNEY AVENUE FISHERY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT ALL.
THE FISHERY IS REGULARLY PATROLLED AT ALL TIMES.
YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE FISHERY IMMEDIATELY.
